ORDERS
Our rugs are handmade, therefore made to order. Please note production time is 4-6 weeks plus an additional 5-7 days for postage.
Same applies on custom orders.
We generally have a couple of rugs in stock which are ready to buy and are listed on the site.
They will be posted 24 hours after payment received.

CANCELLATIONS
Once your order has been submitted, we are unable to cancel or amend the order.
